Offer
SEK 21.8 per share. The issue consists of 1,376,146 B-shares, which corresponds to an issue amount of approximately SEK 30 million. The board has also the possibility to decide on an overallotment issue of 458,715 shares, which corresponds to an additional issue amount of approximately SEK 10 million.
Company value
Approximately SEK 175 million before the Offer.
Subscription commitment
The company has entered into subscription commitments with investors of approximately SEK 20 million, corresponding to approximately 67% of the issue. Investors who have entered into subscription commitments are BackingMinds Invest AB, Lena Apler, Claes Hemberg, Northern CapSek Ventures AB and Polynom Investment AB.

22 October 2021 – 1 November 2021
Dilution
Upon full subscription of the Offer and the private placement, the number of shares in Bricknode Holding AB will increase by 1,376,146 shares, from 8,034,162 shares to 9,410,308 shares, which corresponds to a dilution effect of approximately 14.62 percent.
Trading place
Bricknode Holding´s shares are scheduled to be traded on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The first day of trading is scheduled for 9 November 2021.
Minimum subscription item
The minimum subscription item is 300 shares, which corresponds to SEK 6,540.
